The Apeks DST first stage is a coldwater rated balanced diaphragm first stage. The DST fetaures two high pressure ports on the main body and four low pressure ports on a swivelling turret. The DST uses a fully balanced diaphragm design for consist performance and air flow regardless of depth and performance does not decline as cylinder pressure drops. The first stage is protected by an environmental seal to help prevent ice forming on the internal mechanism and also protect the parts from contamination and chemical damage.
