The Aqua Lung Mikron is one of the smallest and lightest fully balanced diaphragm configuration regulator currently available that has been specifically designed for travel. The Mikron regulator uses a combination of composite materials, metal and it's incredibly small size to significantly reduce the the overall weight of the regulator without affecting the performance. The Mikron was designed for the travelling diver who needs to keep weight to a minimum. At little over 700g everything about the Mikron has been made to be smaller and lighter while functioning the same as a traditional regulator. The 1st stage has x4 low pressure ports and x2 high pressure ports like a traditional 1st stage and it also has a blanced diaphragm desing so performance stays the same at all depths.
