Tough materials and well manufactured these regulators and BCD are designed for hard diving with strong materials and ScubaPro's technical G260 second stage. The first stage features a cold water heat sync with a customisable second stage which is popular with tech divers.Regulator -The MK17 Evo G260 continues the legend of the G250 in a completely new, fully balanced second stage combined with the high performance balanced MK17 first stage.The MK17 Evo is a balanced diaphragm first stage that is capable of delivering consistently high flow rates to the second stage via four low pressure and two high pressure ports in fixed positions on the main body of the first stage. The MK17 Evo uses a dry environmental seal to help protect the critical internal parts from extreme cold water and also protects sensitive soft parts like o-rings and the diaphragm from contaminants that could cause the parts to degrade. The first stage incorporates a large finned section around the dry chamber to help dissipate the cold generated as the cylinder pressure is reduced into the surrounding water much more efficiently.The G260 is a completely new second stage based on the look and feel of the classic G250. The new housing is smaller and lighter for improved comfort and reduces drag. The new balanced valve increases the performance over the G250 and also features a high percentage of metal components to help with cold resistance as metal has a much better heat transfer rate than composite materials such as plastic. Inhalation adjustable and venturi controls can be found on the side of the housing to allow the diver to customise the performance as required.The design of the of the G260 housing allows a qualified technician to reverse the handing of the second stage from right to left (and vice versa) making it ideal for twinsets, stages / deco rigs or anyone that prefers it handed on the opposite side.Alternate Air Source -The Scubapro R195 brings together the classic style of the R190 with the features, materials and technology of modern Scubapro regulators. The simple and robust build makes it ideal as a redundant second stage.The R195 Octopus features a traditional downstream valve for reliability, a large diaphragm to improve response time, diver adjustable venturi control and a classic look front cover and purge button. The R195 housing is reversible, allowing a technician to swap the handing of the second stage if preferred.The octopus is trimmed with a high visibility yellow front cover and a one metre long yellow hose to easy sharing.Gauges -The Scubapro Double Gauge features a pressure and depth gauge in an inline format. The pressure gauge displays cylinder pressure up to 400 bar (300 bar working pressure) with 0-50 bar clearly marked in red.The analogue depth gauge uses a clear scale to show actual depth to a maximum of 60m. The gauge shows 3 and 6m as red dots to indicate these critical safety stop depths and 40 - 60 as shown in solid red to indicate the limits of recreational diving and beyond. The gauge also features an analogue maximum depth needle to record the deepest point since last reset.Both gauges are housed within a robust protective rubber boot with loops at the end and either side of the high pressure hose to allow for retaining clips or retractors to be fitting to the console.BCD -The Scubapro X-Black is a high specification, durable yet comfortable BCD that features a new Balanced Power Inflator (BPI) and elbow design, rigid backed integrated weight pockets, redesigned dump valves and a new bladder system.Fully Padded Backpad and harness system which, combined with an ergonomic cut, provides an excellent level of comfort whilst diving. The bladder uses Scubapro's AirFlex system that controls the bladder behaviour, allowing it to expand for increased buoyancy but also provide a more responsive deflation.The Integrated Weight Pockets have been improved with a plastic backing to make them more rigid when filled. This makes it easier to insert and remove the quick release pockets from their slot. The pockets are fixed into position with a quick release buckle for maximum security and ease of use in an emergency.Dump Valves are now more responsive then ever thanks to a redesign that increases the diameter of the opening within the valve, allowing more precise control and reaction from the valve. Air can be dumped from the rear kidney dump, right shoulder dump or by pulling down on the inflator assembly to activate the left shoulder dump and also by using inflator itself.Balanced Power Inflator has an improved ergonomic design, gradual inflation mechanism with particular attention to the location of the inflator button to make it easier to find without visual aid.Numerous Metal D-Rings (pre-bent and standard) for secure attachment of accessories, adjustable and quick release buckle harness with improved shoulder
