The Hollis Zipped Hood is made using 5mm thick neoprene, is blind stitched and glued to prevent flushing through the seams, features a large composite PK zip on the back and has a double glideskin lined front. The main feature of the hood is a composite zip fitted into the back of the hood which runs from the neck to approximately three quarters up the back of the head that makes the hood easier to get on and off. The zip has a glideskin lined baffle on the inside to prevent flushing through the zip. The top of the hood has a reflective panel for easy identification and location in low light conditions. A vent hole between the reflective panel and the zip allows trapped air to escape through a baffling layer of neoprene. The neck and face panels are lined on the inside with glideskin for improved seal and comfort. The outside neoprene lining on the front of the hood is also finished with glideskin for improved sealing against full face masks.
